Thirty days from delivery, no restocking fee, and the package goes to 602 Fountain Parkway Suite B, Grand Prairie, TX. You never mail anything overseas to get your money back. Email us first for an RMA number.

How long will my order take?

Where do the products ship from?
Every item ships from our overseas fulfillment partner. We say that plainly rather than implying a warehouse down the road from you. Returns are different — they go to our facility in Grand Prairie, Texas.

Free on orders over $79. Below that it is a $9.99 flat rate. We ship to the 48 contiguous states.
What if I want to send something back?

Do I need an electrician to install this?
For most of what we sell, no. Cordless, USB and battery pieces need no wiring at all. Where a sconce or pendant is hardwired, the product page says so and states the mounting method.
Who do I talk to if something arrives wrong?
Email support@zendendecor.com with your order number and a photo — answered within 24 business hours, Monday to Friday. We are email-only: our Contact page explains why that reaches the right people faster. More answers on the FAQ page.
