We started Zen Den Decor around a specific frustration. Home improvement shopping online is split between enormous marketplaces where nobody can tell you when an item actually arrives, and boutique sites where a single wall sconce costs more than the rest of the room. The pieces in the middle — a decent pendant light, a shelf bracket that holds, a cabinet pull that does not feel hollow — are surprisingly hard to buy with any confidence about delivery or returns.
So the whole store is built around removing that uncertainty. One delivery window, published everywhere. One return address, in Texas. One name on your card statement.
What we sell
Lighting, first and mostly: table and bedside lamps, ceiling and pendant fixtures, wall sconces, night lights, string and neon pieces, and solar lights for a garden path. Alongside it a smaller run of aroma diffusers and humidifiers, decorative objects and planters.
We choose for installation, not for photographs. A light fixture that ships without the mounting bracket is not a bargain. A shelf that cannot carry what you intend to put on it is not decor. The catalog is smaller than a marketplace's because we would rather stock fewer things we can describe accurately.
Where your order ships from
Every item in this catalog ships from our overseas fulfillment partner. We do not hold stock in the United States, and we would rather write that plainly than imply a domestic warehouse we do not have. One delivery window covers the whole catalog — 8 to 15 business days — and it is the same number you will see at checkout and on every product page.
We say this plainly because the alternative does not survive contact with reality. A promise of three-day shipping that turns into three weeks costs a customer more than an honest fifteen-day estimate ever did.
Returns work differently and more simply: every return goes to our facility in Grand Prairie, Texas. You never mail a package overseas to get your money back.
