We reply within 24 business hours, Monday through Friday. Messages sent over a weekend or a United States federal holiday are answered on the next business day.
Include your order number if you have one. For a damaged or incorrect item, attach photos of the item and the outer box in your first message — it saves a full round trip and lets us send a prepaid label straight away.

Why we do not run a phone line
We would rather tell you this plainly than advertise a phone desk nobody is sitting at. Our team does not work United States business hours, so a live line would mean either an empty ring or an outsourced script that cannot see your order. Email reaches the people who can actually look up your order, issue an RMA number and send a prepaid label — and it leaves both of us a written record of what was agreed.
Registered office versus return address
These are two different addresses and sending a package to the wrong one is the single most common mistake we see. Please read this part.

Returns need an RMA number before they ship. Email us first and we will send one. A package that arrives in Texas without an RMA number cannot be matched to an order.
