This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use zendendecor.com, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it. We have written it to be read, not to be survived.
1. Who is responsible for your information
zendendecor.com is operated by LUMIELLE BEAUTY LIMITED, a limited company registered in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, with its registered office at Suite C, Level 7, World Trust Tower, 50 Stanley Street, Central, Hong Kong. 2. Notice at Collection
This table sets out the categories of personal information we collect, why, where it comes from, who we disclose it to, and how long we keep it.

We do not collect Social Security numbers, driver's licence numbers, precise geolocation, biometric information, genetic data, or information about health, religion, union membership, sexual orientation, or immigration status. We do not knowingly collect information about people under 18.
3. Sensitive personal information
We do not collect or process sensitive personal information as that term is defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act, and we therefore do not use or disclose it for any purpose that would trigger a right to limit its use.
4. How we use your information
- To process, fulfill, ship, and deliver your order, and to handle returns and refunds
- To take payment and to detect and prevent fraudulent transactions
- To answer your emails and support requests
- To send transactional messages: order confirmations, shipping notifications, refund notices
- To send marketing email, only if you subscribed, and only until you unsubscribe
- To operate, secure, debug, and improve the website
- To comply with tax, accounting, and other legal obligations
We do not use your information to make decisions about you by automated means that produce legal or similarly significant effects, and we do not profile you for that purpose.
5. Who we share your information with
We share personal information only with service providers who need it to do a job for us, and only for that job. These fall into the following categories:
- Payment processors — to charge your card and issue refunds
- Fulfillment partners and warehouses — to pick, pack, and dispatch your order
- Shipping carriers — to deliver your package and provide tracking
- Email service providers — to send transactional and, if you subscribed, marketing email
- Analytics and advertising providers — to measure site usage and, where you have not opted out, to measure advertising
- Professional advisers — accountants and lawyers, where needed
We also disclose information where the law requires it, in response to a valid legal process, to protect our rights or someone's safety, or in connection with a merger or sale of the business, in which case we will post notice on this page.
We do not sell your personal information for money. Some advertising and analytics cookies may nevertheless count as “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law. You can opt out at any time — see section 8 and our Do Not Sell or Share page.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies in three categories:
- Strictly necessary — keep you logged in, remember your cart, secure checkout. These cannot be switched off.
- Analytics — tell us which pages are used and where the site is failing people.
- Advertising — measure the performance of our advertising and, in some cases, show relevant ads elsewhere.
You can control cookies through our cookie banner and through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will break checkout.
Global Privacy Control
We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. If your browser or extension sends a GPC signal, we treat it automatically as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for that browser. You do not need to contact us or fill in a form for the signal to take effect.
7. International data transfers
We are a Hong Kong company. Your personal information is transferred to and processed in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, as well as by service providers in the United States, and by using this site you consent to that international transfer. Because our catalog is fulfilled by an overseas partner, the information needed to ship your order — your name, shipping address, phone number, and the items ordered — is transferred to fulfillment partners outside the United States, including in China, for the sole purpose of picking, packing, and dispatching your package.
Only the delivery information required to ship the order is transferred. Payment card details are never transferred to fulfillment partners. Where we transfer personal information outside the United States, we require the recipient by contract to protect it and to use it only for fulfillment.
8. Your California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to:
- Know what personal information we have collected, the sources, the purposes, and the categories of third parties we disclosed it to
- Access a copy of the specific pieces of personal information we hold about you
- Delete personal information we collected from you, subject to legal exceptions such as completing a transaction or keeping tax records
- Correct inaccurate personal information
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising
- Limit the use of sensitive personal information — not applicable here, as we do not collect it
- Non-discrimination — we will not deny you goods, charge you a different price, or give you a lower quality of service for exercising a privacy right
To exercise any of these, email support@zendendecor.com with the request, or use the details on our Do Not Sell or Share page. We will confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond within 45 calendar days, extendable once by a further 45 days if we tell you why.
We verify requests by matching the information you give us against what we already hold — usually the email address used to place an order. We do not ask for a copy of your driver's licence, passport, or any other identity document. An authorized agent may act for you with written permission.
9. Rights in other states
Residents of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws have comparable rights to access, correct, delete, obtain a portable copy of their personal information, and opt out of targeted advertising and the sale of personal information. Use the same contact route above and tell us which state you live in.
Right to appeal
If we decline your privacy request, we will tell you why. You may appeal by replying to that decision with the word “Appeal” and any additional information you want us to consider. We will review the appeal and respond in writing within 45 days. If we deny the appeal, we will give you a way to contact your state Attorney General to submit a complaint.
10. Data security
Our site runs over HTTPS with TLS encryption. Payments are handled by third-party payment providers that maintain PCI DSS compliance, and we do not store full card numbers on our systems. Access to customer data is limited to the people who need it to do their job. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not claim otherwise; if a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by law.
11. Data retention
We keep personal information for the periods in the table in section 2. Order and transaction records are kept for 7 years because tax and accounting rules require it. When a retention period ends, we delete or anonymize the information.
12. Children's privacy
This site is intended for adults. We do not sell products designed for children, we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13, and we do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email support@zendendecor.com and we will delete it.
13. Marketing email
We send marketing email only to people who asked for it. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link that works, and we act on unsubscribes within 10 business days as required by the CAN-SPAM Act. Transactional email about an order you placed is not marketing and continues regardless.
We do not send SMS or text message marketing.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows when the current version took effect. Material changes will be posted on this page, and where the law requires it we will notify you directly.
