Accessibility Statement

We want zendendecor.com to work for everyone who shops here, including people using screen readers, keyboard navigation, or magnification.

What we aim for

We build toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. We are describing a standard we work to, not claiming a certification we do not hold.

What we have done

Text and background colors on this site are checked against a minimum 4.5:1 contrast ratio for body text.
Every interactive element can be reached and operated with a keyboard, and focus is visible as you move through the page.
Images that carry meaning have alternative text. Decorative images are marked so screen readers skip them.
Headings follow a logical order so screen reader users can navigate by structure.
Forms have labels attached to their fields, and errors are described in text rather than by color alone.
We honor the prefers-reduced-motion setting; if your system asks for reduced motion, animations are turned off.
The site works at 200% zoom without loss of content or function.

Where we know we fall short

Some third-party components embedded in our checkout and payment flow are outside our direct control, and their accessibility depends on the provider. We test them and raise issues with the providers, but we cannot fix their code ourselves. We would rather say this than claim full conformance across components we do not own.
