Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your use of zendendecor.com and any purchase you make from it. Please read them. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Who we are

zendendecor.com is operated by LUMIELLE BEAUTY LIMITED, a limited company registered in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, with its registered office at Suite C, Level 7, World Trust Tower, 50 Stanley Street, Central, Hong Kong. In these Terms, “we”, “us”, “our” and “Zen Den Decor” mean LUMIELLE BEAUTY LIMITED. “You” means the person using the site or placing an order.

Our registered office handles correspondence only. Returns go to 602 Fountain Parkway Suite B, Grand Prairie, TX 75050, USA, and only after we issue an RMA number.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to buy from this site. We sell to the 48 contiguous United States only. By ordering, you confirm you meet these conditions and that the payment method you use belongs to you or that you have permission to use it.

We sell products for the home. We do not sell products designed for children, and nothing on this site is intended for purchase by anyone under 18.

3. Account registration

You may check out as a guest or create an account. If you create one, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has access to it. We may suspend or close an account that is used for fraud, abuse, or any breach of these Terms.

4. Products, descriptions, and availability

We describe products as accurately as we can. Dimensions are accurate to within normal manufacturing tolerance, and colors on your screen may differ from the physical finish because monitors vary. Product images are illustrative; accessories, bulbs, and styling items shown in a photograph are not included unless the product page lists them.

All products are subject to availability. If an item you ordered turns out to be unavailable, we will contact you and either offer an alternative or refund that portion of the order in full.

5. Pricing and pricing errors

All prices are shown in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and shown to you before you confirm payment. Prices may change at any time, but a change never affects an order we have already accepted.

Despite our care, an item on this site may occasionally be listed at an incorrect price because of a human or system error. We are not obliged to sell at an incorrect price. If we discover an error in the price of an item you have ordered, we will tell you before we ship and give you the choice of confirming the order at the correct price or cancelling it for a full refund. If we cannot reach you, we will treat the order as cancelled and refund you in full.

6. How a contract is formed

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Our order confirmation email acknowledges that we received your order; it is not acceptance. A binding contract comes into existence only when we dispatch the goods and send you a shipping confirmation. We may decline an order for reasons including product unavailability, a pricing error, a suspected fraudulent transaction, a shipping address we cannot serve, or an inability to obtain payment authorization.

7. Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Payment is taken in US dollars at the time you place the order. All payments are processed by third-party payment providers that maintain PCI DSS compliance; we do not store your full card number on our systems. Our site uses HTTPS with TLS encryption. Charges appear on your statement as ZENDENDECOR. Further detail is in our Payment Policy.

8. Shipping and delivery

Delivery estimates, costs, service area, and exclusions are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Delivery windows are estimates given in business days and are not guaranteed dates. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the address you gave us.

Under the Federal Trade Commission's Mail Order Rule, if we cannot ship within the time stated on this site we will notify you and offer you the choice of a revised date or a full refund, and if we cannot ship within 30 days and you have not agreed to a delay, you may cancel for a full refund.

9. Returns and refunds

Our Refund & Returns Policy forms part of these Terms and explains the 30-day window, the condition items must be in, who pays return shipping in each situation, and how long refunds take. Returns require an RMA number issued by us before shipping.

10. Product use and safety

Many of the products we sell are installed in a home. Install them correctly and safely. Anything that connects to household wiring should be installed by a licensed electrician in accordance with local codes. Anything mounted to a wall or ceiling must be anchored appropriately for its weight and the wall type. Follow the manufacturer's instructions supplied with the product. Our Disclaimer covers this in more detail and forms part of these Terms.

11. Customer reviews and testimonials

Reviews on this site, where present, are written by verified customers who purchased the product from us. We follow the Federal Trade Commission's Rule on the Use of Consumer Reviews and Testimonials (2024). Specifically:

We do not write, buy, or commission fake reviews, and we do not use artificially generated reviews.
We do not offer payment, discounts, free products, or any other incentive in exchange for a review, whether positive or negative.
We do not import or republish reviews from other marketplaces or from other products.
We do not suppress negative reviews. We may remove content that is unlawful, abusive, off-topic, or that contains personal information.
Where a product has no reviews, we show none rather than borrowing them from elsewhere.

Individual results and experiences described in a review are that customer's own. By submitting a review you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it on this site.

12. Intellectual property

The content on this site — text, layout, graphics, logos, and compilation — is owned by LUMIELLE BEAUTY LIMITED or licensed to us and is protected by United States and international intellectual property law. You may view and print pages for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, scrape, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

DMCA notice and takedown

If you believe material on this site infringes your copyright, send a notice to support@zendendecor.com including: your physical or electronic signature; identification of the copyrighted work; identification of the material you say is infringing and where it sits on the site; your address, telephone number, and email; a statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the copyright owner. We respond to valid notices and will remove or disable access to infringing material. Repeat infringers are terminated.

13. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site to break the law, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, to introduce malicious code, to scrape or harvest data by automated means, to place fraudulent orders, or to interfere with anyone else's use of the site.

14. Third-party links

This site may link to sites we do not control. We provide those links for convenience and we are not responsible for the content, products, or privacy practices of third-party sites. Read their terms before you use them.

15. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Except where the law says otherwise, this site and its content are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising out of or relating to any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so parts of this section may not apply to you. This section does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

16. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these Terms or your unlawful use of the site.

17. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

Before starting formal proceedings, please email support@zendendecor.com and give us 30 days to resolve the matter. Most disputes end there.

If we cannot resolve it, you may bring a claim in the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. You may also bring a claim in the state and county where you live, or in your local small claims court, and nothing in these Terms requires you to travel to Hong Kong to pursue a claim.

Your rights as a consumer are not affected by this section. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under the consumer protection laws of your state, and nothing here does or is intended to limit the authority of the Federal Trade Commission or your state Attorney General to investigate or take action.

18. Force majeure

We are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, carrier disruption, port or customs delay, labor action, power or network failure, and government action.

19. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The version in force when you place an order is the version that governs that order. The effective date at the top of this page shows when the current version took effect. Material changes will be posted on this page.

20. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues in force. These Terms, together with our Shipping Policy, Refund & Returns Policy, Payment Policy, Disclaimer, and Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between us about your use of this site.
