We do not sell your personal information for money. Some advertising and analytics cookies may still count as “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law, so this page tells you how to switch that off.
What this covers
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA, and under comparable laws in Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Oregon, Montana, Utah and other states, “sale” and “sharing” have broad definitions that can include passing identifiers to advertising or analytics providers through cookies. That is the activity this page lets you opt out of.
We have never exchanged your personal information for money, and we do not sell or share the personal information of anyone we know to be under 16.
Three ways to opt out
1. Global Privacy Control — automatic
We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. If your browser or a browser extension sends a GPC signal, we treat it automatically as a valid opt-out request for that browser. You do not need to contact us, fill in a form, or create an account. Browsers and extensions that support GPC include Firefox, Brave, DuckDuckGo, and the Privacy Badger extension.
2. Cookie settings on this site
Open the cookie preferences control on this site and turn off the Advertising and Analytics categories. Strictly necessary cookies stay on because checkout will not work without them. Your choice is stored for that browser; if you clear cookies or use a different browser or device, set it again.
3. Email us
Send a message to support@zendendecor.com with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information”. Include the email address you have used with us so we can find your record.
How we handle your request
- We confirm receipt within 10 business days.
- We act on the opt-out within 15 business days and pass it on to the providers we shared information with.
- We do not ask you for a copy of your driver's licence, passport, or any other identity document. We verify by matching the email address you write from against our records.
- There is no charge, and you do not need an account.
Authorized agents
You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. The agent must provide written permission signed by you. We may contact you to confirm you gave permission.
Non-discrimination
Exercising any privacy right costs you nothing. We will not deny you products, charge you a different price, give you a different quality of service, or suggest that you will receive any of those, because you opted out.
Right to appeal
If we decline your request, we will explain why in writing. You may appeal by replying with the word “Appeal” and anything else you want us to consider. We will review and respond within 45 days. If we deny the appeal, we will tell you how to submit a complaint to your state Attorney General.
